• support for real life What You'll Do Operate the forklift and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner and with confidence .

Receive, sort, and organize shipments . Track inventory and ensure accurate documentation. Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet daily goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Forklift operators are the foundation of our success at RBW Logistics . This role is your opportunity to make a real impact

What You'll Need to Succeed At least one year of Forklift experience —you know your way around the equipment. A strong sense of reliability and punctuality —we can count on you to show up and give your best. Comfortable with reading instructions, counting accurately, doing basic math , and writing clearly

• everyday skills that keep things running smoothly.

Willingness to complete our internal certification program— we'll provide the training, you bring the commitment. Physically ready for the job—able to sit , stand , walk , twist , stoop , squat , reach , and crouch throughout your shift. Able to lift up to 50 pounds using safe, proper technique— we'll make sure you're trained to do it right.
