Job Description:
The MB Shipping Stacker is responsible for pulling finished cabinets from the production line and stacking them onto pallets for shipment while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training is provided. Key Responsibilities Pull finished cabinets from the production line. Stack cabinets safely and correctly onto pallets up to 96 inches high. Maintain production flow and support shipping operations. Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements Participate in cross-training and assist in multiple production areas as needed. Work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation and willingness to work overtime when needed. Ability to read measurements and perform basic calculations. Ability to use hand tools and production equipment such as: Pallet jacks Pneumatic staple guns Hot glue guns Power drills Manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred. Physical Requirements Lift, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 pounds Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive physical movement.
