In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse environment. Your expertise in materials handling, order picking, and shipping & receiving will ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced distribution center while utilizing your mechanical knowledge and warehouse experience to keep processes running seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for inspecting the lift before usage Responsible for checking inventory Responsible for product counts and weigh and tag the product Route incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages Received and processes all defective items returned for replacement or credit Reports defective product or questionable conditions to the Supervisor and Plant Manager Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies Ability to utilize a scanner Inspect and maintain equipment Participate in training sessions Maintain OSHA Compliance Follow Mr. Chips, Inc. policies and procedures and safety requirements

Requirements :

HS Diploma or

GED MUST

have 5 years of Forklift experience MUST be able to pass a Forklift test Ability to become licensed by the company Knowledge of the technical functions of the different parts or types of forklift, such as wheel loader, basket lift, pallet jackets Join our team as a Forklift Operator if you're eager to bring energy, precision, and safety consciousness to a thriving warehouse environment.
