Job Title Lift Truck Operator II I Saturday -Sunday Position Overview Position Overview This position is Saturday-Sunday 6 :00 a m- 4 :00 pm
Position Objective:
To move and transport product to and from inventory locations, while maintaining the quality of the product, without causing harm, danger, or damage. Receiving a pull task with information on the product to be retrieved. Transporting a pallet by forklift to and from locations. Complete paperwork as required . Wrap and band product prepared on pallets . Prepare and package miscellaneous items in boxes for shipment. Tape and repair any damaged packaging. Attendance is an essential function of the job you must comply with the corporate absenteeism and tardiness policy. Must adhere to our normal work schedule, i.e. starting and stopping times, and where applicable rotating days . Must assist in keeping shipping/receiving areas clean. Must be able to read, write and comprehend shipping documents, bin locations, and store orders. Must be able to perform simple mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Will train to operate all Product powered industrial equipment. Will work with the rebuilding of pallets and in product rework (as required ). Train on breaking down and building of Product pallets. Must be able to work necessary overtime including weekends. Must be able to see small numbers and words as displayed on the computer screen.
