Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM About the Role Join a growing distribution facility with opportunities for long-term growth as we move from the buildout phase to full operations! We are looking for experienced Material Handling Equipment (MHE) / Forklift Operators to play a key role in warehouse setup and operational support. Must have Experience operating stand-up reach trucks and cherry pickers. What You'll Do Operate Raymond Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers (50% of the time) Perform general material handling and cleaning duties (40% of the time) Pick and stage orders for shipment according to customer needs Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents accurately Move items from bulk containers, racks, shelves, or bins as required Scan materials and move them according to standard work instructions Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times Meet assigned production goals and site KPIs (flexible schedule may be required) Assist with warehouse setup tasks as needed Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Key Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Prior forklift certification required Proven experience operating Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers (both Crown & Raymond), and Electric Pallet Jacks Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities Reliable transportation is required Why Join Us?
