Midwest3PL is growing and expanding our warehouse team! We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to help load semis, move equipment throughout the facility, and support daily warehouse operations. Previous forklift and warehouse experience preferred. If you take pride in working efficiently, safely, and as part of a team, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Be able to operate a high lift and low lift forklifts (Depending on type of load) Safely load and unload semis in a timely and accurate manner Move freight, pallets, and equipment throughout the warehouse and yard Stage and organize loads for shipment and receiving Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and care Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations Schedule Full-time position Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Qualifications Previous forklift experience in a commercial setting Experience loading and unloading trailers preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Attention to detail and commitment to safety Dependable with solid attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and within a team environment Join a growing company that values hard work, teamwork, and reliability.
