Material Handler Forklift Job Description The material handler forklift operator plays a crucial role in efficiently operating a sit-down forklift to manage warehouse operations. This includes utilizing RF scan guns, loading and unloading products from trailers, assisting operators with materials, and inspecting inbound and outbound products. Responsibilities Operate sit-down forklift to manage warehouse operations. Utilize RF scan gun for efficient tracking and inventory management. Load and unload products from trailers within the warehouse. Assist operators with materials as needed. Utilize internal shipping system when necessary. Inspect inbound and outbound products to ensure quality and accuracy. Essential Skills High school diploma or GED. 6+ months manufacturing or production experience. 1+ years of forklift experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in assembly, production, shipping and receiving, material handling. Experience with general labor tasks and RF scanner usage. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
