•Friday Position Summary The Stand-Up Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a forklift to load, unload, transport, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and production facility. This role is essential to maintaining efficient operations while ensuring inventory accuracy and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move materials throughout the facility. Load, unload, stage, and transport products efficiently. Scan, label, and track inventory accurately using warehouse systems. Stack and organize materials in designated storage locations. Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to meet daily goals. Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors. Qualifications Stand-up forklift experience is required. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic. High school diploma or GED preferred.
