RequirementsFrom your PASSION to oursLactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring an Order Selector (DC Warehouse).As an Order Selector, you will operate a stand-up forklift / electric pallet jack in a safe and responsible manner while filling customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will also move products to and from specified locations and ensure orders are delivered to the shipping platform accurately and on time.

Filling customer orders using RF scanner and/or voice-directed picking systemsOperating stand-up forklift or electric pallet jack safely and efficientlyChecking and counting all products before loading onto trucksEnsuring products are free of damage and meet quality standardsVerifying production code dates and proper product rotationEnsuring quantity, labeling, and order accuracy meet customer specificationsMaintaining productivity and accuracy in a performance-driven environmentFrom your STORY to oursQualified applicants will contribute the following:
EducationHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
ExperienceMinimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experienceWarehouse/distribution center experienceShipping and receiving experienceOrder selection (case picking) experience preferredSkills/AbilitiesAbility to read and comprehend written instructionsAbility to identify variables in processes and make adjustments as neededComfortable working in a cold warehouse environmentBasic math skillsExperience with RF scanners or warehouse systemsAbility to lift up to 65 lbs consistentlyAbility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment#CHEESEINDAt Lactalis, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards Program with a variety of affordable benefits and coverage options.
