•6:00 AM (Training conducted on 1st/2nd shift prior to regular schedule) Temp to Hire Overview This position operates material handling equipment to support daily warehouse operations at Hubbell. Primary responsibilities include driving stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, and hand jacks to transport, put away, pick, audit, and stage parts and inventory while maintaining safety standards and 5S cleanliness. Job Specifications Drive stand-up forklifts (Raymond or Crown), cherry pickers, turrets, and hand jacks safely and efficiently Transport, store, retrieve, identify, sort, stack, audit, and locate parts, materials, and supplies Accurately put away incoming stock and pick outgoing materials per work orders Operate computers, scanners, and SAP software systems to manage inventory tracking Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and stock integrity following 5S methodology Comply with company policies, safety protocols, and active participation in safety meetings Minimum 6 months to 2 years of stand-up forklift operation and warehouse experience required Must provide steel-toe safety shoes on Day 1 Working knowledge of SAP and proficiency operating computers/scanners required High school diploma or GED preferred but not required Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8+ hours, bend, push, and lift > 30 lbs in varying cold and hot warehouse environments Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator (2nd & 3rd Shift Available)
