Forklift Operator/Reach Truck Operator Vanee Foods Company Broadview, IL Job Details Full-time $19.10 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Disability insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Reach truck Moving Forklift Picking & packing Shipping documentation Full Job Description Operate Forklift/Reach truck to safely transport pallets of finished product Pull customer orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload pallets of product from trucks using moving equipment Complete shipping paperwork Stock pallets of product in the warehouse Rotate all items (FIFO - First In First Out); Oldest to newest for proper inventory management Follow policies and procedures to ensure food quality and safety as well as employee safety Clean and maintain warehouse Other duties as assigned Occasionally back fill for Receiving/Warehouse forklift driver Any other activities as directed by a supervisor and/or manager Benefits Medical and dental coverage through the current company health plan (eligible after 90 days of employment)
Paid Time Off:
One week after 90 days Two weeks after 2 years Three weeks after 7 years Four weeks after 13 years Five weeks after 25 years Ten paid holidays once you have successfully completed your probationary period 401k - each year the company will make a contribution equal to 25% of your 401k elective deferrals for the first $1,500 (that is equal to $375 per year). You will also receive $0.25 for each hour worked (eligible the following quarter after the completion of one year) Life Insurance of two times your annual salary up to $50,000 Short term disability of $250/week for 13 weeks following the elimination period of 14 days (eligible after 90 days)
