1:00 PM - 9:00 PM Position Overview We are immediately hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse in East Moline. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who are comfortable operating a forklift for a significant portion of their shift while supporting key warehouse processes. You'll play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly by safely moving materials, supporting container processing, and ensuring accurate tracking of inventory across inbound and outbound workflows. Key Responsibilities Operate a forklift throughout the majority of the shift in a safe and efficient manner Load, unload, and transport racks, totes, and large plastic containers Move materials across inbound, production, and outbound areas Accurately read and follow shipping documents to verify orders Use handheld scanners to track, stage, and process inventory Load and unload containers into wash stations for proper cleaning Sort and prepare containers for processing and shipment Remove tags and assist in inbound processing workflows Perform basic container repairs using hand tools (drills, screwdrivers, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures Qualifications Minimum 6+ months of recent forklift, warehouse, or production experience Proven ability to safely operate a forklift in tight spaces (forward & reverse) Ability to pass a hands-on forklift test (cones, lifting, pallet placement) Experience with loading/unloading and general material handling Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work for a full shift Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays Why This Opportunity?
