If so, this could be the perfect next step in your career! ❄️ About the Role We're looking for a Stand‑Up Deep Reach Forklift Operator to help keep our warehouse running smoothly. You'll be responsible for moving raw and finished goods, supporting production, and keeping inventory accurate — all while working in refrigerated and freezer environments ranging from 0°F to 40°F . This role is hands‑on, fast‑moving, and essential to our daily operation. 📦 What You'll Be Doing Operate a stand‑up deep reach forklift to transport raw & finished goods Pick, pull, and stage orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload trailers with care to maintain product integrity Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling & placement Follow all safety protocols, PPE guidelines, and equipment checks Maintain cleanliness in aisles, staging areas, and work zones Work inside freezer and refrigerated areas regularly Communicate with leads, supervisors, and team members Report equipment issues or product concerns promptly Support overtime needs including early/late shifts and some Saturdays 🛠 Essential Skills Stand‑up deep reach forklift experience Inventory management & material handling skills ✨ Preferred Qualifications Ability to work in cold/freezer conditions (0°F and below) Strong communication and teamwork skills 🔥 Why You'll Love Working Here Union environment with structure and stability Safety‑first culture Opportunities for overtime Consistent schedule Supportive team and leadership Work‑life balance while still earning extra when needed 🏭 Work Environment You'll be working in a meat forming plant with temperatures between 0°F and 40°F .
