Load and unload LTL, full truckload, and flatbed shipments. Receive, inspect, count, and put away inbound materials. Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment. Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy. Inspect inbound materials for damage and document discrepancies on shipping paperwork. Build, wrap, and break down pallets as needed. Properly block and brace loads for safe transportation. Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain forklift batteries. Use warehouse tools and equipment safely, including circular saws and pneumatic air guns. Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area. Maintain shipping schedules and meet requested ship dates. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience required. Experience operating both sit-down forklifts and reach trucks . Ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification. Work Environment Warehouse and industrial setting. Regular exposure to hot and cold temperatures. Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and climbing on and off equipment. Ability to place and retrieve materials from racking up to 25 feet high. The hourly base salary range for this position is $21.38/hr up to $26.00/hr. If you are hired, your hourly base pay will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
