Forklift Operator

Job Title:

Forklift Operator / Material Handler $20+ Job Description The role involves operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to pick orders and load trucks, along with palletizing products. You will also be responsible for using an RF scanner for inventory management, and working with UPS and FedEx shipments. Responsibilities Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to pick and load orders. Palletize products efficiently and accurately. Utilize RF scanners for inventory management. Handle UPS and FedEx shipments. Essential Skills Experience in forklift operation, both sit-down and stand-up. Proficiency in material handling and warehouse operations. Ability to effectively use RF scanners for inventory management. Additional Skills & Qualifications At least one year of previous experience as a material handler. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role is for the second shift, running from 2:30 pm to 11:00 am, with potential overtime based on business needs. Employees must be open to working on Saturdays. The warehouse is climate-controlled, clean, and well-lit, providing a comfortable working environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
