TOP Pallets is seeking a skilled and quick-thinking Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced, growing team. Our goal is to be the best pallet provider in the Midwest. You'll play a key role in managing raw materials, finished products, trailers, and ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly. Dispatch experience is a plus, but not required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move pallets, raw materials, finished products, and trailers within the warehouse. Load and unload trucks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that product is handled with care and inventory records are accurate. Manage inventory by keeping track of pallet counts, raw materials, and finished product stock levels. Assist with quality control by inspecting pallets, materials, and products for defects before they are used or shipped out. Supply production teams with necessary materials to keep production running smoothly. Inspect warehouse areas, trailers, and equipment for cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Complete daily forklift inspection records, and accurately fill out warehouse documents, including inventory logs and shipment records. Work efficiently under pressure to maintain the fast-paced flow of operations. Assist with dispatch coordination to ensure the timely and accurate loading of trucks for deliveries (dispatch experience is a plus). Continuously assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity, quality, and safety standards. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors to support the warehouse and operational needs.

Qualifications/Skills:

At least 4 years of forklift experience with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. Proven experience in inventory management, quality control, and material tracking in a warehouse setting. Dispatch experience is a plus but not required. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment. Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, frozen, dusty, and noisy environments. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more as needed. Capability to operate warehouse machinery and forklifts safely and effectively. Why Join TOP Pallets?
