Morris, Illinois CoWorx Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity! If you have at least 1 year of sit-down forklift or reach truck experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a great company, we want to hear from you! Schedule Options (2-2-3 Rotation): Weekend availability is required.

Day Shift:

7:00 AM - 7:15

PM Night Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:15

AM Responsibilities:

Operate sit-down forklifts and/or reach trucks safely and efficiently Load and unload trailers Move materials throughout the warehouse Put away and retrieve inventory from racking locations Perform product and inventory scans using RF scanners Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all warehouse safety procedures

Desired Background/Skills:

Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience Experience operating a sit-down forklift or reach truck is required Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Strong attention to safety and accuracy Reliable transportation and attendance
