You'll be responsible for operating lamination machinery, performing core cutting, inspecting finished rolls, and ensuring all products meet strict quality and safety standards. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and offers strong long‑term opportunities. ✅ Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lamination machinery for core cutting and roll wrapping
• Cut cores to size for slitting jobs
• Weigh, label, and palletize plastic rolls
• Perform final inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist the Slitter Operator during breaks
• Complete production paperwork accurately
• Follow all safety, food safety, and manufacturing procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work area 🔒 Compliance Requirements Strict adherence to:
• GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• PRPs (Prerequisite Programs)
• SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Allergen Control standards 🎯 Qualifications
• 6+ months of manufacturing or machine operating experience
• Ability to read measurements and use basic tools
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and reliability 🏭 Work Environment

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.10 - $23.10/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
