1st Shift Job Summary We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for safely moving materials throughout the facility, loading and unloading trucks, supplying production lines, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Responsibilities Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility Supply production lines with materials as needed Perform inventory counts and assist with stock rotation Inspect forklifts before each shift and report maintenance concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and policies Qualifications Previous forklift experience preferred Forklift certification is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Dependable attendance and punctuality required Benefits Competitive pay at $20/hr Opportunity for overtime Temp-to-hire opportunity Weekly pay Career growth opportunities 📞 Call Manpower Sterling today at 815-622-2814 to schedule your interview.
