Job Summary:

Minute Men Staffing is hiring a Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently move materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers. Move materials to designated storage areas. Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency. Assist with shipping and receiving operations. Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid forklift certification (if required by employer). Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Basic communication and teamwork skills.
