Stable 2nd shift schedule: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM - Monday to Thursday with Support on Friday's, as needed Team-oriented culture focused on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement Opportunities to grow, cross-train, and build long-term skills Be part of a workplace that values Make It Right, Make It Better, Make It Together, and Make an Impact What You'll Do As a Shipping Forklift Operator, you'll focus on the outbound movement of product and accuracy of pulling orders .
Key responsibilities include:
Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently Move materials to and from production and shipping areas Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and proper handling Stage, stock, and organize materials to support production flow Accurately complete and submit shipping/receiving documentation Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards) Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements What Success Looks Like Accurate Shipments and documentation with minimal discrepancies Safe work practices with no violations Strong teamwork and communication across departments Active participation in continuous improvement and problem-solving What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (recommended) Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred Forklift experience preferred - certification completed onsite Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail Basic math and documentation skills Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn, cross-train, and support other areas as needed Physical & Work Environment Expectations Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift Regular lifting up to 50 lbs (heavier with assistance or equipment) Work in a manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise Exposure to vibration, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
