Forklift Operator

323 Staffing Solutions is hiring a Forklift Driver for a production facility in Bowling Green, KY . This position is ideal for a dependable candidate with forklift experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. The Forklift Driver will be responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment, moving materials throughout the facility, supporting production lines, and helping maintain an organized and efficient work area. Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials Transport raw materials, finished goods, pallets, and supplies throughout the production facility Supply production areas with needed materials in a timely manner Load and unload trucks as required Verify materials, labels, quantities, and locations Assist with inventory movement and basic warehouse organization Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines Inspect forklift equipment before use and report any maintenance or safety concerns Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to support daily production goals Perform other general warehouse or production duties as assigned Qualifications Previous forklift operation experience preferred Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, or distribution environment is a plus Ability to work a 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM rotating shift Must be dependable and punctual Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift as required during the shift Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Forklift certification is a plus, but not required unless specified by the customer Schedule This position works a 12-hour rotating shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM . Candidates must be available to work the assigned rotating schedule.
