Job Description
Snider-Blake Personnel is seeking skilled Stand-up Reach Truck Operators and Cherry Pickers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment to ensure the efficient movement of goods within our distribution center. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Call or Text for more info: 859.869.2007 Duties- Operate Stand-up Reach truck or Cherry Pickers to pick or move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments from delivery vehicles while ensuring accuracy in order picking and inventory management.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality before operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Experience
- Previous experience operating reach trucks or cherry pickers in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with various types of lift trucks such as reach trucks, and cherry pickers is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of safety practices related to material handling equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
