Requirements:
Minimum of one year of powered industrial equipment or forklift experience Clamp truck experience strongly preferred Comfortable operating a clamp truck, including driving in reverse for extended periods Experience safely lifting, transporting, and handling large or heavy appliances Strong commitment to workplace safety and following warehouse procedures Excellent attendance and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift, move, and maneuver heavy products throughout the shift Steel-toe boots required
Job Duties:
Operate a clamp truck safely to transport and stage appliances throughout the warehouse. Load, unload, move, and position large appliances while preventing product damage. Drive equipment in both forward and reverse safely in a busy warehouse environment. Transport inventory to designated storage, shipping, and receiving areas. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Follow warehouse safety procedures and material handling best practices. Maintain an organized work area and support efficient warehouse operations. Work closely with warehouse team members to meet productivity and shipping goals. Handle heavy appliances with care while maintaining quality standards. Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned.
