Job Description

Retro Environmental, a well-established Selective Demolition and Environmental Remediation company, is looking for a Full-Time Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our Maryland team. This is a NON-CDL driving position. The ideal candidate will have experience driving box trucks and pickup trucks with trailers and be comfortable making deliveries to active construction job sites. Employment offer and the benefits package include: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription coverage Paid vacation 401K Plan The Driver/Warehouse Worker will work hand in hand and receive direction from the Warehouse Manager on projects within the DMV area. They will have experience with box trucks, stakebody, and single axle dump type hauling of light equipment vehicles. Full Time Position, Salary Commensurate with Experience.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Safely operating company vehicles, including box trucks and pickup trucks with trailers Delivery equipment, materials, and supplies to job sites Load and unload vehicles as needed Inspect vehicles before and after use Report any maintenance or repair needs Assist with warehouse inventory and organization Follow all company safety and vehicle policies Travel to job sites throughout Maryland and surrounding areas as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years of driving experience At least 2 years of experience driving box trucks and pickup trucks with trailers Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must be comfortable driving and backing trailers Must be dependable and able to safely transport equipment and materials Experience making deliveries and construction job sites is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required CDL is not required Company offers the ability to grow and learn successfully.
