Forklift Operator

$19-22/hrThe Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, locate, stack, and load products and materials. This role supports warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production operations while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse or production facility.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and transport orders accurately.
  • Inspect forklifts before and after use and report maintenance issues.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
  • Follow OSHA safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed.
  • Meet productivity and attendance expectations. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
  • Valid forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math and inventory skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Pay Details:
