This hands-on position combines warehouse responsibilities with safe and responsible driving to ensure materials are properly received, organized, loaded, transported, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, organized, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment . Responsibilities Operate warehouse and material-handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, order pickers, cherry pickers, cranes, and other equipment as authorized and properly trained. Safely load, unload, secure, and transport materials, tools, and equipment. Perform local deliveries and pickups as assigned while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude. Inspect vehicles and equipment before use and report any safety or maintenance concerns. Verify delivery quantities, materials, and documentation before leaving the warehouse and upon delivery. Pick, stage, pack, and prepare materials for delivery to construction projects. Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders. Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies. Use RF scanners, inventory software, WMS, AS400, or similar systems as required. Maintain an organized warehouse and ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and accessible. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including labeling, documentation, and coordinating freight. Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, PPE requirements, and safe material-handling procedures. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, loading areas, vehicles, and equipment. Communicate effectively with project managers, field personnel, vendors, suppliers, and warehouse staff. Assist with other warehouse, delivery, and material-handling duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Previous warehouse, distribution, construction, or logistics experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record. Experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment preferred. Experience with reach trucks, cherry pickers, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers is a plus. Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management procedures. Experience with
