With extensive training (typically 6+ months), youll learn the ropes from our tenured co-workers to provide services of the highest possible quality. Whether you have experience or not, with the right attitude, attention to detail, and some basic math skills, all duties can be trained with room for growth. Since we are a 24/7 operation to meet our customers needs, we are looking to add a team member to the following shifts:

Weekend Night Shift:

7 AM•7:30 PM Saturday, Sunday, & Monday What youll do You probably dont like being micromanaged which is good because we dont like to micromanage. As aFurnace Operator, youll work independently, owning your projects from start to finish. Projects vary in length so youll juggle a few projects at once, switching between tasks throughout the day. Its never a dull moment•from tracking the furnaces performance one moment to packing in or out a project the next. While every day might be a little different, you can expect to do the following: Planning and changing out furnace loads and packing all ordersOperating furnaces and other shop equipmentMaintaining clean and orderly work areas (we pride ourselves on safety and cleanliness)Follow project instructions and complete all customer labeling and packaging requirementsConfigure and monitor settings on programs, recorders, and vacuum gaugesWork efficiently while ensuring company quality standards are maintainedUtilize a forklift and overhead crane as needed What you need to thrive in this role High School Diploma or GED requiredBasic math skills will serve you very wellReliable and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritizeComfortability working in a fast-paced environment moving around consistently throughout the dayAbility to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods of timeExperience in manufacturing, warehouse, or heat treatment is a plus but willing to train!
