Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Dock Operations:

Safely operate propane-powered sit-down forklifts to load and unload trailers across 4 loading docks equipped with levelers.

Equipment Maintenance:

Perform daily pre-trip inspections and safely handle propane tank swaps as required.

Material Handling:

Move, stack, and stage finished goods and raw materials efficiently to maintain a clear and organized dock flow.

Safety & Efficiency:

Maintain a high pace while strictly adhering to all safety protocols in a high-traffic environment.

Team Collaboration:

Take direction well from the Dock Manager and work closely with the shipping team to meet daily departure schedules.

Qualifications Experience:

2+ years of recent, continuous forklift experience, specifically on propane-powered equipment .

Skills:

Proven ability to navigate tight spaces and busy dock areas safely and efficiently.

Reliability:

Must be dependable, have a strong work ethic, and follow instructions accurately.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures.

Pay:
