Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM

• 11:00 PM Scheduled overtime every 2 weeks

Position Overview:

FasTemps is hiring for a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator for a manufacturing facility in Homer, MI. This position is responsible for unloading incoming shipments, verifying materials, transporting products throughout the facility, and assisting with inventory and shipping/receiving operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to unload incoming trucks and deliveries Verify incoming materials against packing slips and shipping documentation Transport and stage materials in designated warehouse and storage areas Supply production departments with materials as needed Assist with shipping and receiving duties, inventory tracking, and order processing Enter and maintain inventory information using computer systems Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Previous forklift experience preferred Valid driver's license required Basic computer skills required Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High School Diploma or GED required Stable work history preferred

Work Environment:

Industrial/manufacturing setting Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Standing, bending, and twisting throughout shift PPE required, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection
