Job Description

TITLE:
Fork Lift Driver
BPOSITION OBJECTIVE
The Forklift Driver reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for supporting safe, efficient, and organized warehouse operations. This role ensures compliance with all Fantapak policies, procedures, and safety regulations while handling shipping, receiving, and storage activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of shipping, receiving and inventory controlGood organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasksAbility to safely and efficiently operate a forkliftGood communication skillsEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.

Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain active forklift license and clean safety recordAccurately ship orders and receive incoming goods in an organized and timely manner.

Operate independently or under supervision while maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, efficient, and cohesive work environment.

Actively participate in company programs such as safety initiatives, 5S, and continuous improvement efforts.

Use supplies, equipment, and tools responsibly to support cost control measures.

Communicate operational or safety issues to the Warehouse Manager promptly.

Provide professional assistance to customers and remain available to support warehouse needs throughout the workday.

Assist in monitoring and receiving corrugate, chipboard, materials, and supplies accurately and on time according to the production schedule and established procedures including maintaining a Kan Ban style systemAssist in picking finished goods from designated areas per customer orders, prepare and verify necessary paperwork, and load trailers accurately and on timeAssist in other departments' material handling needs as available and applicableResponsible for complying with all OSHA, MSDS, and C-TPAT regulations as well as Fantapak safety programEnsure that the workplace is safe, professional, clean, and conforms to good manufacturing practices and a"5s" style organizational programPerform other duties as requested by management Inteplast Group is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
