About Mastronardi Produce Mastronardi Produce is a family-owned company specializing in greenhouse-grown vegetables, including tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers. Headquartered in Canada, we operate facilities throughout North America, including our distribution center in Livonia, Michigan. We are currently hiring experienced Stand-Up Hi-Lo Drivers for multiple departments and shifts. Position Requirements 1-3 years of Stand-Up Hi-Lo experience required. Candidates
MUST HAVE
experience operating a Raymond Inverted Stand-Up Hi-Lo or Crown Hi-Lo.

We do not provide forklift training. Job Responsibilities Operate a stand-up Hi-Lo safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse. Move and scan product throughout the facility. Load and unload pallets. Maintain accurate product movement and scanning. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.   • 5:00 AM Work Environment Warehouse temperature: approximately 52°F Fast-paced warehouse environment Must be comfortable working in refrigerated/cool conditions Pre-Employment Requirements As this is a forklift operator position, all candidates must successfully complete: Pre-employment drug screening Background check Valid driver's license required for the drug test process Eye test required if you do not have a driver's license Successful completion of the forklift testing and driving evaluation Paid Orientation Our next orientation is scheduled for Mondays from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM .
Orientation is paid . During orientation, candidates will complete: Company orientation Pizza lunch Written forklift test — approximately 45 minutes, 35 questions Forklift driving evaluation Candidates must successfully pass the forklift driving evaluation in order to be hired. Important This position requires prior Stand-Up Hi-Lo experience. Forklift training is not provided. Candidates must be comfortable and experienced operating a Raymond Inverted Stand-Up Hi-Lo or Crown Hi-Lo .
