Job Description

The Role Pridestaff is looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to keep our production floor moving smoothly. You will handle raw steel, stage parts for machine operators, load/unload trucks, and safely transport finished components. Shift 2nd shift 3pm-11pm Payrate $20 plus the $0.75 shift premium
What You'll Do Drive Equipment:
Safely operate sit-down forklifts to transport materials across the plant.
Support Production:
Deliver raw stock and stage parts at CNC machines so production never stops.
Ship & Receive:
Load/unload trucks, inspect incoming shipments, and band outgoing pallets.
Keep It Clean & Safe:
Empty scrap metal bins, clear aisles, and complete daily pre-shift vehicle checks. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of sit-down forklift experience (manufacturing or machine shop background preferred). Forklift certification (or ability to pass our in-house testing). Valid Driver's License. Ability to maneuver heavy or awkward loads in tight spaces. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong safety mindset. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.75
