What You'll Do as the
Forklift Operator:
Perform general plant and field operationsSupport seed field activities, including planting, maintenance, and harvestingCarry out harvest processes (sorting, drying, shelling, preparation)Assist with conditioning tasks (sizing, bagging, palletizing, gravity operations)Follow quality and safety standards (ISO work instructions and quality plans)Perform warehouse operations, including forklift use and sample collectionComplete general maintenance and repair tasksHelp coordinate field operations and support workflow/scheduling activitiesWork overtime or weekends during peak seasonsWhat You Need to Bring to the
Forklift Operator Role:
