In this role, you'll safely move and track inventory using forklifts and other equipment while supporting productivity and safety goals. Forklift Operator:

• Move incoming shipments to correct storage locations
• Record inventory movements accurately in the system
• Move pallets from floor to designated racking areas
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Keep your work area clean and report any equipment issues
• Meet daily productivity goals while following strict safety rules
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors What You Need to Bring to the

Forklift Operator Role:

• Prior forklift driving experience required
• Previous warehouse or equipment operation experience preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Comfortable lifting up to 100 pounds as needed with or without reasonable accommodations
• Willingness to work in variable temperatures (some areas as cold as
• 15°F)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to the St.
