We need you on our Team! Midwest Co-Pack in Winona is looking for a safety conscious and technically proficient member in our Shipping and Receiving/Forklift Operator Position Summary This job has the responsibility of loading all finished goods onto trucks. Receiving of ingredients and materials. Customer order fulfillment.

Inventory Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities Job Duties:
- Create all reports and paperwork for each truck shipped from Winona.
- Maintain inventory of all finished goods and raw materials.
- Operate forklifts to move goods from/to trucks and staging/storage areas.
- Accurately account for all product on each truck.
- Accurately fill and account for each customer order.
- Assist in moving finished pallets from the packaging area to staging.
- Maintain all electric trucks/forklifts in proper working condition.
- Work in a safe manner.
- Perform all duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Support Food Safety Practices.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning.
- Follow established plant operating and cleaning procedures.
- Assist with On-the-Job training of new and existing employees.
- Cover vacations and overtime as needed or required.
- Assist other positions and departments, as needed. Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous Forklift experience in as fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in receiving, inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP or inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
