COPY LINK link Adecco is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator for a warehouse facility in Olive Branch. In this role, you'll play a key part in the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of products within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts and order pickers to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse and forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities for Forklift Operator jobs include:
  • Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, and move products, equipment, and materials
  • Use handheld RF scanners with a high degree of accuracy
  • Load and unload trailers as needed
  • Perform inbound receiving processes and support warehouse inventory activities
  • Maintain a clean andanized workspace by adhering to 7S standards and general housekeeping duties
  • Follow allpany safety procedures and demonstrate amitment to process excellence
  • Support supply chain quality initiatives and warehouse operational goals
  • damaged products, equipment issues, or inventory discrepancies to leadership
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and material handling duties as assigned
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse leadership and team members to ensure productivity and accuracy
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required
  • Certified and trained in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
  • Experience using handheld RF scanners preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime when needed
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally more than 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull throughout an 8-10 hour shift
  • Ability to work in hot and cold warehouse environments
  • Strong attention to detail andmitment to safety standards It'd be great if you also have:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent What's in this for you?

  • Monday - Friday schedule, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details:
