$15.00-$15.50 per hour

6:00 AM-2:30 PM — $15.00/hr 2nd
Shift:
2:00 PM-10:30 PM — $15.50/hr Job Summary We are looking for a dependable Shipping Clerk with forklift experience to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This position is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, completing shipping paperwork, maintaining accurate inventory records, and safely operating a forklift to move and load materials. The ideal candidate has previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Prepare and verify bills of lading (BOLs), packing slips, shipping labels, and shipping documentation Prepare, package, and route outgoing orders accurately Safely operate a forklift and pallet jack to move materials and load/unload trucks Inspect outgoing products for damage, accuracy, and proper quantities Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records Enter shipment and inventory information into warehouse management systems (WMS) Coordinate with truck drivers, carriers, and internal production teams regarding shipments and pickups Verify products and quantities before shipments leave the facility Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics Previous forklift experience required Forklift certification is preferred Experience with BOLs, packing slips, shipping labels, or manifests Basic computer skills and ability to enter information accurately Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and coworkers Ability to safely lift and move materials as required Reliable attendance and dependable work history Why Join Us?
