Job Description

MyWorkChoice is hiring reliable 2nd Shift Forklift Drivers for a leading light industrial and manufacturing client. In this role, you will safely operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials, stage products for production and shipping, and complete basic inventory and scanning tasks. You'll follow safety and warehouse procedures, keep work areas clean, and work as part of a flexible, shift-based team focused on reliability, accuracy, and productivity within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage materials and finished goods Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and equipment inspection checklists Use RF scanners or basic systems to track, locate, and record inventory movement Load and unload trailers and racks while preventing product damage Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas on the warehouse floor Read and follow work orders, labels, and instructions for accurate material placement Communicate with supervisors and teammates to meet production and shipping targets Support flexible, shift-based coverage by reliably working assigned 2nd shift hours Required Skills Forklift operation Pallet staging and stacking Warehouse safety procedures Material handling RF scanner use Basic inventory control Loading and unloading trucks Reading work orders and labels Equipment inspection Basic computer/warehouse systems
