We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for loading materials, preparing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the yard organized and safe. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has forklift experience, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with loading and unloading building materials. Pull, stage, and prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery. Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently. Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy. Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly yard. Inspect materials for quality and accuracy. Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements. Provide excellent customer service when assisting customers in the yard. Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

Previous sit-down forklift experience required. Experience working with lumber or building materials preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Friendly personality with good customer service skills. Dependable with good attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
