Job Description

Job Overview:
Sees to the needs of the warehouse regarding shipping needs based off of production orders. Ensures timely and accurate deliveries.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assures that shipping orders are filled correctly and on time to meet customer's expectations. Assures that production orders are filled in a timely manner. Moves finished product from the packaging area to the warehouse scanning into bins Compares identifying information against bill of lading, invoices, orders or other records. Handle material, operate fork lift trucks, and pick products for shipping. Unloads and loads trucks. Receives components, verifies count, correct product and damage. Ships finished product to customers verifying packing lists. Must be flexible to work overtime as needed. Realizes company operations to pinpoint opportunities. Prepares all documents in a timely and accurate manner. Any other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Have working knowledge of stretch wrap bander, hand lift trucks, forklifts. Must be familiar with MRP and the SAP system for production support and inventory controls. Strong interpersonal and motivational skills. PC Skills. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Detail and deadline oriented. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work outside regular business hours as required. Must have experience.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
