Zink Position Overview Zink has an immediate opening for an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator with Box Truck driving experience . We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with numbers and capable of meeting the physical demands of the role. This position plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, including receiving and warehousing finished goods, preparing shipments, staging materials, and delivering packaging items to the finishing floor. We are looking for someone who not only performs assigned tasks but also understands how their role supports overall warehouse and company operations. Forklift certification (sit-down and stand-up) and prior warehouse experience are required. Job Duties & Responsibilities Driving & Transportation Safely operate a box truck to transport raw materials to and from off-site warehouses Load and unload trucks in accordance with company policies and procedures Perform deliveries and pickups of packaging materials Warehouse Operations Assist with receiving, shipping, and inventory management operations Count and verify receipt of finished goods Pull packaging materials and deliver to the finishing area for production Return unused materials to assigned locations after production Pull items for shipping using pick lists while verifying item, location, quantity, and lot number Verify pulled items against packing lists Wrap, band, and label products for shipment Receive and properly store new deliveries of packaging materials Move and transfer product as needed, recording item numbers, quantities, and locations Assist with periodic cycle counts and inventory audits Equipment Operation Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up), pallet jacks, and hand carts safely and efficiently Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Team & Safety Work under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager Collaborate with other warehouse operators to verify inventory and shipments Maintain a clean and safe work environment Report discrepancies or process concerns to the Warehouse Manager Promote health and safety standards at all times Requirements & Qualifications Must be able to pass a drug test Previous warehouse experience required Previous box truck driving experience required Current forklift certification (sit-down and stand-up) or ability to complete certification training Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs Strong basic math skills Good verbal communication skills Computer literacy Familiarity with common warehouse tools and equipment Benefits Competitive hourly pay 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday schedule) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Company Paid Life and disability insurance Stable, team-oriented work environment How to Apply For immediate consideration: Apply online at www.zink.com/careers OR Email your resume to Robin.
