$19.00 per hourShift:

3:00pm-11:00pm (Mon-Fri) QPS Employment Group has a great Forklift Operator/Material Handler position available at a company in Bridgeton, MO. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Forklift Operator/Material Handler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the plant.
- Load, unload, transport, stack, and store pallets, corrugated sheets, boxes, and finished products.
- Supply production lines with materials according to production schedules and work orders.
- Coordinate with production operators, supervisors, and other forklift drivers to maintain workflow and efficiency.
- Use inventory tracking systems and scanners to record material movements and locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure continuous support for manufacturing operations.
- Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
Forklift Operator/Material Handler Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
- Basic computer and inventory tracking skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to work safely around machinery and industrial traffic.
