Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner. You will play a crucial role in our daily operations and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklift to load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and storage areas Transport materials to designated locations within the warehouse or facility Inspect and maintain forklift equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries Keep accurate records of materials moved and maintain inventory levels Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks Communicate any issues or concerns with equipment or materials to the supervisor Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid forklift certification Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting Strong knowledge of forklift safety protocols and procedures Ability to lift and move heavy materials, up to 50 pounds Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime when needed
