Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and experienced Stand-Up Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team in Santa Teresa. The Forklift Driver will safely operate a stand-up forklift to move, load, unload, stack, and organize materials and products throughout the warehouse. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate a stand-up forklift/reach truck. Load and unload pallets, trailers, and warehouse materials. Move and stage products throughout the warehouse. Properly store and retrieve products from racks. Use RF scanners and warehouse systems as required. Inspect the forklift before each shift and report any mechanical or safety issues. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with general warehouse duties when needed. Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. Qualifications Previous stand-up forklift experience preferred. Forklift certification or ability to complete forklift training/evaluation. Ability to safely lift up to 50-75 lbs. when required. Ability to stand and operate equipment for extended periods. Reliable attendance and dependable transportation. Ability to follow safety instructions and work as part of a team. Warehouse or material-handling experience is a plus. Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM $14.00 per hour Overtime available and paid according to applicable law/company policy Full-time position Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
