Job Description
Job description Power Pallet, Inc. is hiring experienced and dependable Forklift Operators to support our fast-paced pallet manufacturing and recycling operations in Amsterdam, New York. This position is responsible for safely moving materials, loading and unloading trailers, and supporting daily production operations. Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the facility and yard
- Load and unload trailers and flatbeds
- Move pallet inventory, lumber, and recycled materials throughout production areas
- Supply production lines with materials as needed
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain safe working conditions and follow all PPE and safety requirements
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed Qualifications
- Prior forklift experience required
- Manufacturing, warehouse, lumber, recycling, or pallet industry experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor and indoor environment
- Strong attention to safety and operational awareness
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, stack, and move materials throughout the shift What We Offer
