Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator (Temp-to-Hire) $19/hr | Farmingdale, NY | Tues-Sat, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM A well?established company in Farmingdale, NY is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join their team. This is a full?time, temp?to?hire opportunity with steady hours and long?term potential. Responsibilities Operate forklift safely and efficiently (required) Load, unload, move, and stage materials Assist with shipping and receiving tasks Pick, pack, and prepare orders Maintain inventory organization and general warehouse cleanliness Perform general warehouse duties as needed Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Requirements Forklift experience required Previous warehouse or distribution experience Ability to lift 40-50 lbs as needed Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $19.00
