Forklift Operator - Key Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts to navigate the facility and move materials between departments. Prepare, stage, stretch-wrap, and label outbound shipments to match paperwork. Load and unload trailers, verifying item counts and ensuring incoming/outgoing cargo is damage-free. Maintain paperwork accuracy and deliver documents to designated departments. Distribute production supplies (boxes, tape, bags) and handle waste/recycling removal throughout the plant. Maintain clean, organized work areas using 6S Lean standards and product quality certification requirements. Forklift Operator - Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience operating various fork trucks and material handling equipment. Strong commitment to safety regulations, team orientation, and adaptability to change. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, stand/walk throughout shift, and navigate production environments.
