Job Overview As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of materials in a distribution environment. Working under the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll operate reach trucks, forklifts, and other industrial equipment to move, load, and store products. Your attention to detail, safety awareness, and accuracy will help ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Unload materials and merchandise from incoming trucks and stack products in assigned storage areas Perform put-aways, case picking, loading, and unloading with accuracy and efficiency Safely move stock, pallets, and crates for storage or shipment Transport materials to production lines and workstations as needed Identify damages, report shortages, and record quality issues promptly Maintain accurate inventory logs and warehouse documentation Support shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely order completion Help maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Reach Truck Operator (required) Case picking experience in a warehouse or distribution setting Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and industrial equipment operation Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Familiarity with warehouse management systems (a plus) Why Join Us?
