Forklift Operator

Immediate openings for a Forklift Operator in the Piqua, OH area! Responsibilities:

Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and accurately. Transport raw materials to production areas and finished goods to designated storage locations. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns. Ensure materials are stored and stacked according to company guidelines and safety standards. Maintain clean and organized work areas, including warehouse and staging areas. Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with production, shipping, and receiving teams to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts. Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). Strong understanding of warehouse operations and material handling procedures. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with inventory systems and RF scanners is a plus. Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30

PM Pay:
